Preschool for a better life
The kindergarten was opened on May 11, 1998 with two enrolled children, and already in the fall of the same year, 33 children attended the kindergarten. Today, the kindergarten has 560 children in 16 educational groups. Six of these groups are specialized programs for toddlers, one group is for Catholic religious education, and two groups are for preschool programs. Various shorter programs are also organized, such as English language classes, and sports and religious playrooms, which involve around 270 children. The director of the kindergarten is Mirjana Kulić, and there are 47 kindergarten teachers who take care of the children. The kindergarten's professional team includes a special education teacher, a pedagogue, and a health coordinator. Cleaning of the premises, preparation and serving of food, and minor repairs are provided by 22 members of the auxiliary staff.
